2025-26 Men's Basketball Season Ticket FAQ
How does the season ticket model work?
Our arena map is broken into several zones, with the cost of season tickets and required seat donation varying by location. Each zone will require a different per seat donation. Season-ticket buyers will owe the price of each seat donation in addition to the cost of each season ticket. For example, a fan who wishes to purchase two season tickets in the lower sideline sections next season would owe $2,000 ($1,000 x 2) for two seat donations, plus $1,250 (2 x $625) for the cost of two season tickets, for a total of $3,250.

What gifts count towards my per seat contribution?
Unrestricted gifts made to the Ram Athletic Fund may be used to fulfill the per seat contribution requirement. This includes the Men’s Basketball Season Ticket Donation fund that will be noted on your season ticket renewal application. Sport-specific or other restricted gifts cannot be counted towards required seat donations.

How do benefits work?
Donations made to fulfill required per seat contributions will be counted towards your giving level on the Ram Athletic Fund benefits chart. Any additional donations made to Ram Athletic Fund Annual Fund will also be counted towards benefits. For example, if you have two season tickets in the $250 per seat contribution area ($500 total donation), but you would like to receive access to the Commonwealth Room, you would need to donate an additional $1,250 to the Ram Athletic Fund in order to reach the Black & Gold Society and receive that benefit.

I’m a Capital Campaign member. Am I affected by the per seat model?
Capital Campaign members must maintain their giving at the Black & Gold Society level (minimum $1,750) or higher in order to retain their Capital Campaign seats. However, Capital Campaign members who have purchased additional season tickets must pay the per seat contribution for any seats that are not written into their capital campaign agreement, in addition to making their $1,750 donation.

What should I do if I want to upgrade or relocate seats?
Upon completion of the 2025-26 Men’s Basketball season ticket renewal process, all season ticket members will be given the opportunity to upgrade their seat locations. This relocation process is optional. Fans who wish to keep their seats may do so, however, those who wish to relocate may upgrade by paying the difference in the new season ticket and per seat contribution costs.

Is it possible to receive paper tickets?
Fans who wish to receive printed paper tickets instead of utilizing digital tickets may do so, however, a $15 delivery charge will be applied at the time of renewal. As the demand for paper tickets decreases and our costs for printed tickets increase, this charge allows us to cover printing expenses so more resources can be invested in our student-athletes.
2025-26 Men's Basketball Parking FAQ
Who is eligible to buy a parking pass?
All Men’s Basketball season ticket members are eligible to buy a season-long parking pass through VCU Athletics.

How many parking passes can I buy?
Season ticket members may buy one parking pass for every four (4) season tickets. Requests for additional parking passes will be fulfilled based on availability.

How are parking passes allocated?
Parking is allocated based on cumulative giving to unrestricted Athletics funds. Sport-specific and other restricted gifts cannot be counted towards parking allocations due to potential tax implications. Donations must be received by October 1, 2025 in order to be included in the parking assignment process. When necessary, Ram Athletic Fund priority points will be used as a tie-breaker for accounts with equal giving.

Will all of my parking passes be in the same location?
Due to limited availability and in an effort to accommodate preferred parking to as many season ticket members as possible, those who purchase multiple parking passes will have their first parking pass assigned to the parking location associated with their respective donor level. All additional parking passes will be assigned to the Broad Street Deck.
